Redline has the potential to generate significant revenues by assisting small film makers in obtaining distribution for their films. I encourage everyone to check out some of the trailers that are available online by clicking on the links below. I am excited about the additional streams of potential revenue Redline may bring to the table in 2011.”

Dr. Limptooth Synopsis: Wayne Gretzky (no relation) is a vampire who can’t grow his teeth. His impotence began when he inadvertently killed Mary Lipinsky, the love of his life, 300 years ago. To take his mind off the pain, he teaches college history – who better? Attempting to regain his full power, he enlists help from his friend and colleague, Dr. Levine (Gary Cole). Nothing works until a new semester brings freshman Chris Keller. She’s a dead ringer for Mary and they have a lurid affair, while rumors fly around the campus. But it all sours when he turns Chris into a vampire and her newfound bloodlust spins out of control in a bloody rampage, making the rumors a little too real.

Love and Mary Synopsis: Mary Frances Wilson (LAUREN GERMAN), a pretty yet clumsy 26-year-old, scours The Weekly for the review of her new Sweet Treat Bakery. With bills piling up, no patrons and a case full of French pastries, the mixed review she finds is the last thing she needs.
At home, though, things aren’t so bad. Mary is recently engaged to Brent Baker (GABRIEL MANN), a handsome, brilliant, confident chemistry professor at the local middle school. Mary’s got the engagement ring, but no wedding date has been set.
Mary’s grandfather, Pappy, has promised her an engagement gift, something he has “saved up for,” that she can collect when she returns to Texas and introduces Brent to him. The gesture is kind, and although the gift might be enough money to help Mary out of her temporary rut at the bakery, it is a last resort because she has spent many years trying to live a normal life away from her unconventional family back there.
She moved away from the candy-bar cupcakes, sour-cream pound cake and rum pecan pie her grandfather always made and chose culinary school in France to get the proper education in the art of pastry. She moved away from a mother who works as a pet psychiatrist, a father obsessed with opera music and an uncle who invents useless objects. She moved away and met the reasonably sane Brent, and the last thing she wants to do is introduce him to her family. Just a day after receiving the review, Brent is befallen by a raging case of hives and Mary’s landlord serves her with an eviction notice. With four days to collect the money or close the bakery, Mary bails Brent’s identical twin brother, Jake (also played by GABRIEL MANN), out of jail and takes him in Brent’s place to collect the engagement gift.

Pirates of the Great Salt Lake Synopsis: Two guys dream of becoming the scourge of the seven seas but have to settle for paddling around a shallow lake in this independent comedy. Kirk Redgrave (Kirby Heyborne) is a well-meaning but overly imaginative teenager growing in the suburbs of Salt Lake City. Determined to remake himself into someone exciting and dangerous, Kirk dons a pirate’s hat, gets a rowboat, and begins calling himself Cap’n Kirk, the scallywag of the Great Salt Lake. While Kirk’s mom, a strict Mormon widow, is mortified by her son’s new hobby, Kirk soon finds a kindred spirit in Flint Weaver (Trenton James), a wholesome guy who wants to seem more dangerous in order to attract the attention of cute waitress Ruby (Emily Tyndall). However, the guys move one step closer to being real pirates when they find a map that will supposedly lead them to real buried treasure, though Drake, the owner of a neighborhood second-hand shop, is already looking for the spoils. Pirates of the Great Salt Lake was the first feature film from writer and director E.R. Nelson.
Redline was formed to assist film makers in securing distribution for their independent films. The first agreement Redline entered into was for the distribution rights for The Kane Files. Redline in turn retained Highland Film Group as its sales agent for foreign distribution of The Kane Files. Announcements will be forth coming on the progress Redline has made on securing distribution for The Kane Files.
