Based on the musical by Chris D'Arienzo, Rock of Ages is about two young people, Drew and Sherrie (Diego Boneta and Julianne Hough), who travel to the big city in 1987 looking to live out their musical dreams. Upon meeting they instantly fall in love and have to deal with consequences and the challenges that come with it.
The film will hit theaters on June 15th, 2012. and features the music of Def Leppard, Joan Jett, Journey, Foreigner, Bon Jovi, Night Ranger, REO Speedwagon, Pat Benatar, Twisted Sister, Poison, Whitesnake, and more.
