Two New Sucker Punch TV Spots

Allan Ford February 29, 2012 Add a Comment
Sucker Punch Warner Bros has just premiered two new TV spots for the upcoming Zack Snyder's stylistic and extreme action film Sucker Punch. Sucker Punch is the story of a young girl named Baby Doll (played by Emily Browning), who is trying to escape her evil stepfather, but instead lands in a mental institution in Vermont where she is scheduled for a lobotomy in five days. She begins to escape into a world of imagination, and soon discovers that with the help of her fellow inmates, the lessons she learns in the imaginary world might help her escape her real predicament. Along the way, the walls between what is real and what is part of the dream-like world begin to blur. Sucker Punch Banner Born from the creative vision of filmmaker Zack Snyder (Watchmen, 300), Sucker Punch features an ensemble cast of young stars, including Emily Browning (The Uninvited), Abbie Cornish (Bright Star), Jena Malone (Into the Wild), Vanessa Hudgens (High School Musical) and Jamie Chung (Sorority Row). The film's main cast also includes Oscar Isaac (Robin Hood) and Carla Gugino (Watchmen), with Jon Hamm (Mad Men) and Scott Glenn (The Bourne Ultimatum). Snyder is directing Sucker Punch from a screenplay he wrote with Steve Shibuya, based on Snyder's story. Sucker Punch is due out on March 25, 2011.
