Here we go again – unstoppable Vince Vaughn is now attached to star in (another new) project titled The Risk Agent. And no, it's not going to be a comedy after all!
This time, we're talking about an adaptation of Ridley Pearson's novel of the same name which is more like an action adventure, or something like that.
At this moment we know that Vaughn‘s Wild West Picture Show Productions has acquired the rights to Pearson‘s novel, which is set in China and centers on Grace Chu, a female forensic accountant, and John Knox, a combat/culture specialist who must overcome their differences when they're tasked with rescuing a Chinese National who goes missing on the streets of Shanghai.
As you already guess – Vaughn will probably star as that Knox guy.
I'm not so interested in the whole thing, but hey – who knows, with a good scribe and possibly good director – this could… No, not interested again!
Anyway, for all Vaughn's fans out there – he will next be seen in The Internship comedy where he stars together with Owen Wilson and, as we previously reported, he's also on board to star in the Gunslingers movie as well.
