Watch: The First Two TV Spots for THE DARK KNIGHT RISES

TheDarkKnightRises Christopher Nolan's final piece of his Batman trilogy is now under two months away and it's time for The Dark Knight Rises machine to start spinning up. With almost entirely new footage both clips give a better look at the lead characters portrayed by an all-star cast including Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway and Tom Hardy; there are also a few new lines of dialogue and glimpses of the action. In discussing the look and feel of the Bane character, Nolan recently told Rolling Stone that:
we didn't want to compete with Heath [Ledger]. We wanted more of a monster – Bane's the man who physically breaks Batman. It's an irresistable force versus an immovable object.
Here are some new shots of Hardy's Bane accompanied by some good shots of Bale's Bruce Wayne and Michael Caine's Alfred. And yes, here's a better look at the Bat-Wing.
