The leaked trailer is clearly only a teaser, showing a white-haired Billy Connoly trying to show something in the ice.
While we don’t actually get to see what exactly he was referring to, but instead we get a few shots of Agent Mulder (David Duchovny) and Agent Scully (Gillian Anderson), some autopsy and Connoly bleeding from his eyes.
The studio is keeping the film’s plot a secret, but stress that the picture is a stand-alone story and supernatural thriller that takes the complicated relationship between Mulder and Scully in new directions. The film is scheduled to hit theaters on July 25th.
