New DARK SHADOWS Photo Features Johnny Depp
We have another great image from the upcoming Dark Shadows movie and this time it’s all about Barnabas Collins!
As you see the new image once again shows us that this movie definitely has a lot of potential, at least when it comes to costumes. I mean – just look at Johnny Depp!
Eva Green in Negotiations for 300: BATTLE OF ARTEMISIA
Isn’t the fact that prequel to the fantasy action film 300 is zeroing in on its female lead instead of founding its male star, a bit unusual? Quite the opposite; in my opinion, this is to be expected.
Due to the fact that the film is tentatively titled 300: Battle of Artemisia, it’s obvious the former Bond Girl Eva Green would be the titular Artemisia – a ruthless, wicked goddess who persuades king-turned-god Xerxes to assemble his army and lead them into battle against the Greeks.
Third PERFECT SENSE Trailer Starring Ewan McGregor and Eva Green
I’m already in love with this movie. Not just because of McGregor…Yes, he’s hot…Ok, here’s a challenge – give me just one movie he stars that sucks!?
Now, let’s get back to the third trailer for David Mackenzie‘s Perfect Sense which is more dramatic than previous two. I guess we can say things are getting pretty serious, guys.
So, we do have a love story that begins during dark times. I mean, look at them McGregor and Green – perfect duo for Perfect Sense.
10 New PERFECT SENSE Photos
We have added a new set of pictures from Perfect Sense, a Sundance 2011 entry led by Ewan McGregor and Eva Green with the cryptic logline, “A poetic and magnetic love story about two people who start to fall in love just as the world begins to fall apart.”
Susan is a scientist searching for answers to important questions. So important that she has given up on other things, including love – until she meets Michael, a talented chef. Suddenly everything starts to change. As Susan and Michael experience unforeseen depths of feeling, people around the world beginning to feel strange. Emotions rage, senses fail. Susan and Michael find themselves embarking on a sensual adventure, experiencing head-spinning, stomach-tightening moments of pure connection. Are they falling in love or is the world falling apart?
New DARK SHADOWS Set Photos
Don’t know why, but I’m somehow interested in the upcoming Dark Shadows project. Not because it’s one of those Tim Burton‘s big budget movies, but because I’m actually really interested to see Michelle Pfeiffer.
It’s just that she looks so unreal in this one, and with every new photo I’m more and more turned on. And no, I don’t have a crush on Pfeiffer! I’m here just to present some new fresh photos from the whole thing, so give me a break!
As you already know, the 1972-set film version focuses on Barnabas Collins (Johnny Depp), who was transformed into a vampire by a jilted lover Angelique (Eva Green) way back in the 1700s and buried. He’s just been dug up, and attempts to reintegrate with his descendants, led by Michelle Pfeiffer’s character Elizabeth and Jonny Lee Miller‘s Roger – despite the fact that Angelique is still around and still not in a forgiving mood.
Well, I’m looking at these photos, and I must say – they convinced me!
Tim Burton’s DARK SHADOWS First Official Photo
So, we’re all excited about this project I guess? Then let’s get straight to the business. We finally have first look from Tim Burton‘s upcoming Dark Shadows, and trust me, they really look dark!
Especially Johnny Depp and Michelle Pfeiffer. And Eva Green is not green, she’s blonde! What the hell happened to them – I have no idea, but it looks that Burton has done some great job with this one.
This picture (thanks to EW) looks like a little reminder to all of us, just in case we ever forget who stars in this movie.
Maybe it’s one of those photos that Depp, Helena Bonham Carter, Chloe Moretz, Eva Green, Gulliver McGrath, Bella Heathcote, Ray Shirley, Jackie Earle Haley, Jonny Lee Miller and Michelle Pfeiffer would love to forget, but sorry guys – the damage is done!
Second PERFECT SENSE Trailer Starring Ewan McGregor and Eva Green
I’m not really sure if I actually like Eva Green. I do think she looks great though, and by the way she has a beautiful smile as well.
But, I know Ewan McGregor is one great guy, and it looks he and Green make really nice couple on a big screen.
If you don’t trust me, I’m here to present a new trailer for Perfect Sense, movie that comes from director David Mackenzie, and is really something you should check out. Especially if you think you’re a pessimist.
Just in case you’re wondering what the hell a pessimism has to do with this movie – you came to the right place. Because, what puts me down the most is the fact that even when you finally find a perfect love, some shit has to come out and spoil everything for you. Some say that’s a life. But I say that’s shit!
