New Moon Movie Synopsis:
Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) and Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) are completely in love. Edward is traditional and generous, and no matter how much Bella likes to keep things on the down-low, he wants to celebrate her birthday with his entire family.
However, there's always a risk when Bella visits the Cullens. Although they don't consume human blood, it's still tempting for them, and Edward's brother Jasper most of all. Not because he's a new vampire, but because he's a recent addition to the Cullen family, who limit themselves to animal blood. Before that, he feasted on hundreds of humans. The temptation is still strong for him.

Bella is opening her gifts from the Cullens when a minor mishap occurs. Well, it would be minor for most people, in normal situations. She gets a paper cut from the wrapping paper on one of the presents. Jasper flies out of control at the scent and sight of her blood, and although he's restrained by the others, it's an upsetting experience.
For Bella, even more so when Edward begins to withdraw from her. He becomes more and more distant and when he makes an abrupt departure, she feels as if her heart is broken-no, more than broken-ripped from her chest. There's an empty feeling and she's not sure she'll ever feel whole again.
To placate her father, and in an attempt to seem as if she's back to normal, Bella starts hanging out with Jacob, a friend from the nearby reservation. The question arises-could Jacob ever take Edward's place in Bella's heart?

I really couldn’t care less that they smoked, its their decision. Robert Pattinson is gorgeous, Taylor just annoys me because he interferes with Edward’s and Bella’s relationship, but I guess that’s the character he has to play. Robert has the best style, I love his sunglasses, and also maybe he doesn’t exactly fit Edwards part but he’s not the conventional “hot”, I find that he looks better that way than someone like Zac Efron.

I like seeing that the biggest thing about these pictures is that a lot of people noticed that most of the actors smoke. It is a good reaction though, seeing so many people adverse to smoking. Though disappointing to see people that some of us look up to actually doing something a lot of people look down at now. Even I noticed, one of the first things anyways was Kristin smoking? No one is ever going to completely fit the role of Edward or Bella or any other character. They are fictional they were not based around these actors. The whole point of acting is the capture the character the best you can….their personal lives and issues with one another true or otherwise (most likely otherwise for the record) has nothing to do with their acting. Either they can act or they can't, either they're doing a good job as their character or they aren't. Smoking and the way their face looks (which by the way i don't think Rob chose to NOT look like Edward Cullen) has any effect on the movies. They are good movies. it is a good film
i watched this movies on the first day of holidays(monday 22nd) and the crowds for the movies in the cinema were awesome. I totally enjoyed the movie and although the books had more info, it was AWESOME! I do not know how it could have received some negative reviews as it was a totally different movie than others in the box office. It was in a league of it own! It wasn't your average love story or horror, it was a dark romance with a twist and god did it have a twist. I thoroughly enjiyed it and cannot wait for them to start filming inMarch 2009. Hopefully, the enxt sequel will receive more posotive reviews and comments. This movie is better than harry potter! And, rob character 'edward' is beyond sweet and im totally in love with him! He looks so grown up than how he was in harry potter. He sure kicks harry potter off the charts!

i absolutely love twilight i read all 4 books in 2 weeks starting the week after the the movie came out. I think that the actors they chose for the parts where very acurate. I think that the movie could of been even better if they would have followed the book more. I am anticipateing the new moon production to be alot more acurate then twilight, for the sake of all the fans, like they expect alot more espeically since the book is so detailed.
p.s If Kriten and Rob are truely thankful for their fans they would atleast read some of the comments weve left and try to quiet smokinqq, cause honestly it isnt good for young actors espeically if you want to act as a life time career
