ADORE Are you folks ready for another provocative drama? Yeah, I'm sure you're familiar with Anne Fontaine‘s directorial debut Adore (previously titled Two Mothers), which explores the intricacies of love, family, morality and passion. In other words, Naomi Watts and Robin Wright will lead us through the story of two childhood friends and neighbors falling for each other's sons, head inside to check them out! Fontaine directed the whole thing from a script written by Christopher Hampton, which is based on Doris Lessing‘s novel called The Grandmothers. In case you forgot – the movie is set in an idyllic Australian coastal town, where two women (Lil and Roz), form an inseparable bond after the latter's husband died.
Each has also spawned a handsome and ripped surfer dude for a son, and all four get along famously as good friends. Things take a turn as they start to pair off into couplings. While they are all aware that the relationships are ultimately doomed, they enjoy them all the same.
Beside Watts and Wright, Adore also stars Xavier Samuel and James Frescheville, and the movie is set to hit theaters on September 6th, 2013. Let us know what you think about the latest trailer & stay tuned for more! ADORE Poster
