As usual – you will have to click on these pics to enlarge, and we will once again remind you that O. Russell directs the whole thing from a script he co-wrote with Eric Warren Singer, which revolves around a con man and his mistress who team up with an FBI agent in order to snag more con artists.
In other words, Bale stars as a notorious financial con artist Irving Rosenfeld who is forced to assist the FBI, his mistress and partner in crime is Adams, while Cooper plays the above mentioned FBI agent Richie DiMaso.

The film is based on the true story of a notorious financial con artist and his mistress/partner in crime, who were forced to work with an out of control federal agent to turn the tables on other con artists, mobsters, and politicians. At the epicenter of the entire tale, is the passionate and volatile leader of the New Jersey state assembly who is also the local hero and mayor of impoverished Camden.
Anyway, in case you forgot, the rest of American Hustle cast looks promising as well, and includes Jennifer Lawrence as Irving's unpredictable wife Rosalyn, Jeremy Renner as the Mayor of Camden, Robert De Niro, Louis C.K., Michael Peña, Jack Huston and Jack Jones.
