Good news first: Michael Taverna‘s supernatural horror thriller Apartment 1303 3D finally has a release date! The movie will have a special VOD release on June 17, before being released in theaters on July 25th, 2013. As you already see from our title, today we're here to share the official trailer & poster for the whole thing (pretty much the same as previous one), take a look!

I'm sure you already know that the movie is a remake of a Japanese horror title of the same name based on a novel by Kei Ôishi, which sends a simple (but pretty spooky) message: some rentals are too good to be true!
In the movie Julianne Michelle plays a young woman named Janet Slate who jumps at the opportunity to move into what looks to be a great high-rise apartment in downtown Detroit. Soon, strange things begin to occur in the apartment…
The rest of the story goes like this:
When her sister Lara tries to investigate the mystery of what happened, she moves into the same apartment and encounters the odd neighbors in the building, including an eerie nine-year old girl who seems to somehow know the real reason for Janet's fall. Lara soon realizes that her sister's death might spell the same fate for her unless she can overcome the strange events that are terrorizing the inhabitants in Apartment 1303.
Beside Michelle, Apartment 1303 3D also stars Mischa Barton, Rebecca De Mornay, Corey Sevier and Kathleen Mackey.
