Garrett Hedlund who sparks with a fallen rehab released star played by
Gwyneth Paltrow. Together, they mount his ascent and her comeback, which leads to romantic complications involving her husband and manager played
Tim McGraw and a beauty queen-turned-singer portrayed by Gossip Girl star
Leighton Meester.
Country Strong will be released widely in the U.S. on January 7, 2011. Before that, it will play in limited theaters on December 22nd, 2010.
