The film stars Tobin Bell, Cary Elwes, Costas Mandylor, Betsy Russell and Sean Patrick Flannery, and was directed by Kevin Greutert (Saw VI, Old Friends) from Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton's script.
Saw VII 3D is a Lionsgate Release and will hit theaters October 22, 2010, opposite the Paranormal Activity 2.
