Helena Bonham Carter is in talks to join the cast of McG's ”Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.
She will join Christian Bale, Bryce Dallas Howard, Anton Yelchin, Sam Worthington, Moon Bloodgood in the ”Terminator Salvation” cast.
Bonham Carter is in line for a small but crucial role in the fourth instalment of the science fiction franchise.
The Warner Bros film is currently shooting in New Mexico.
The studio is looking to wrap all exterior filming before a potential actors' (SAG) strike in the hope that the blockbuster will still be able to make its May 22, 2009 release date.
