Rift is a feature film based on various events that shocked the nation throughout the years. The story of Rift: After extensive research of hundreds of murders, some of which were never solved, Rift incorporates elements of the most horrific; the murders of eight collage students in 1966. The story weaves a connection to later murders through 2001. The audience is riveted and surprised throughout the movie, with an ending that leaves everyone with an uneasy feeling of the after-effects of a roller coaster ride.
