A month ago we were all pleasantly surprised by the first official poster for the upcoming crime thriller titled The Samaritan which stars Samuel L. Jackson in the leading role.
Today, we finally have an international teaser of the whole thing and I definitely recommend you to check it out.
It's actually a 1-minute preview of what you can expect from David Weaver‘s movie which opens next month.
Looks quite intense and as usual we have another great performance of L. Jackson who stars as Foley, man who after twenty‐five years in prison is finished with the grifter's life. But unfortunately he soon finds out that the son of his former partner has an ingenious plan and he wants Foley in.
The harder Foley tries to escape his past, the tighter he is ensnared in Ethan's web of secrets, until it becomes all too clear to Foley that some wrongs can never be made right.
A past he can't escape. A world he can't resist. An offer that will change his life.
The Samaritan also stars Ruth Negga, Luke Kirby and Tom Wilkinson, and is set to open on May 16th, 2012.
