20th Century Fox has released the first trailer for Life of Pi.
Based on Yann Martel's Mann Booker Prize winning fantasy novel, the film follows the story of an Indian boy named Pi, a zookeeper's son who finds himself in the company of a hyena, zebra, orangutan, and a Bengal tiger after a shipwreck sets them adrift in the Pacific Ocean.
While Oscar winner Ang Lee serves behind the lens, Dan Fybel and Rich Rinaldi team up to pen the script.
Starring Suraj Sharma, Tobey Maguire, Tabu, Irrfan Khan and Adil Hussain.
Life Of Pi is due for release on November 21st, 2012.
