Well, guess what, we've just learned that he has joined the cast of the upcoming ABC's drama pilot Reckless, and the good thing is that he's on board to play a highly skilled and highly expensive renegade! In case you're not so familiar with Reckless, let us first inform you that the whole thing will center on a woman named Sarah, who is unjustly imprisoned during a political uprising overseas.
Her husband David desperately pursues every legal option to secure her release, but when he's stymied by the U.S. government in the name of diplomacy, he is forced to consider less-than-legal options – entering a world of political intrigue, dangerous alliances and high emotional stakes.
Eloise Mumford is already on board to play Sarah, her husband David is Patrick Fugit, and Naveen Andrews comes in to play a renegade named Roland, who will do whatever it takes (for a price, of course) to rescue David's kidnapped wife.
He's a British national and former Secret Air Service member who works as an illegal mercenary in some of the world's deadliest locations and is wanted in about a dozen countries.
The rest of the cast includes Lou Taylor Pucci and Ashton Holmes.
Let us also add that Reckless is written by Chris Black and will be directed by Martin Campbell.
