Monsters University is online, thanks to its official studio
Tumblr: Mike is riding a strange little bug-eyed beast.
In addition, promotional banners for the upcoming sequel to Pixar's smash 2001 hit
Monsters Inc. were spotted hanging around.
The banners show, on the right, a bespectacled Randall J. Boggs, along with a big frat monster that could have come right out of this world's version of Revenge of the Nerds.
Monsters University, which tells the story of how Mike and Sulley met, overcame their differences, and became friends opens in 3D and 2D on June 21st, 2013.
The film features
Billy Crystal, John Goodman, Steve Buscemi, Dave Foley, Julia Sweeney, Joel Murray and
Peter Sohn.
On the other side, Monsters, Inc. returned to the big screen, visually enhanced and presented in Disney Digital 3D.
If you're in Southern California, you can see the movie as Hollywood's legendary El Capitan Theatre also welcomed the return of Monsters, Inc. for the first time ever from December 19th, 2012 – January 6th, 2013.
