The Lone Ranger remake is finally shooting in the New Mexico desert, after it seemed likely to be cancelled by Disney just last August.
Following the first look at Johnny Depp as Tonto and Armie Hammer as John Reid, Daily Mail Online have some exclusive images of the set of the fictional Wild West Town.
The likes of Ruth Wilson, William Fichtner, Helena Bonham Carter, James Badge Dale, Barry Pepper, Tom Wilkinson and James Frain co-starring.
The film, which takes place in 1869, marks Gore Verbrinski and Depp's fifth collaboration (after trio of ‘Pirates of the Caribbean' movies and the Oscar-winning ‘Rango')
Written by Ted Elliott & Terry Rossio (Pirates of the Caribbean), Eric Aronson and Justin Haythe, The Lone Ranger is a thrilling adventure infused with action and humor that has been scheduled for a July 3rd, 2013 release.
