The Smurfs Trailer #2
Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures Animation have revealed the new trailer for family adventure The Smurfs.
The film opens on July 29th, 2011 and here is the synopsis:
In the big screen adaptation, directed by Raja Gosnell, the evil wizard Gargamel chases the tiny blue Smurfs out of their village and they tumble from their magical world into ours – in fact, smack dab in the middle of Central Park. Just three apples high and stuck in the Big Apple, the Smurfs must find a way to get back to their village before Gargamel tracks them down.

Oh God, Katy Perry is getting acting/voice roles now? Good grief.
I’d rather watch a three hour artsy film by the Blue Man Group than ten minutes of the Smurfs.
I’m a 90’s kid, grew up with the Smurfs, and I found the trailer hilarious. It doesn’t get better than Hank Azaria getting hit by the bus. It’s going to be fantastic.
