Let's be honest – when it comes to CBS new comedy We Are Men, we're mostly interested in the whole thing because Tony Shalhoub is involved in the project. Today we're here to share the first trailer for the pilot that will air this fall as part of the 2013–14 American television season, head inside to find more details and check out the video!
Directed by Rob Greenberg, the upcoming pilot will tell us the story of four single guys who live in a short-term apartment complex and unexpectedly find camaraderie over their many missteps in love.
We Are Men stars Chris Smith as Carter, a guy who moves into a short-term rental complex, where he gets relationship advice from three older, divorced men that he meets.
Those guys are Tony Shalhoub who plays Frank Russo, described as a successful middle-aged clothing manufacturer and four-time divorcée who still fancies himself a ladies man. Then we have Kal Penn as Gil Bartis – a small business owner who was caught having the world's worst affair, and Jerry O'Connell as Stuart Strickland: a speedo-wearing OB/GYN who's hiding his assets until his second divorce is settled.
Ok, so they're good guys with bad ideas – we get that part. But, what about the ladies? Don't worry, Rebecca Breeds is also on board as Frank's charming and attractive daughter named Jill, described as a lady who stands as the one positive remnant from his failed relationships.
