Whiteout” is based on a series of graphic novels by
Greg Rucka and
Steve Lieber of the same title and it stars
Kate Beckinsale.
The poster for the upcoming thriller “Whiteout,” already seen at the San Diego Comic-Con, has now appeared online. The poster with tagline “See your last breath” features a man walking in the snow after apparently killing someone.
Carrie Stetko (Kate Beckinsale) is a lone US Marshal assigned to Antarctica whose investigation of the continent's first murder draws her into a shocking mystery. Now, with only three days until winter, Carrie must solve the crime before Antarctica is plunged into darkness and she is stranded with the killer.
“Whiteout” is currently scheduled to hit theaters on September 11th, 2009.
