Check out the new red band TV spot for Jason Reitman's black comedy Young Adult, his latest collaboration with Juno screenwriter Diablo Cody, starring Charlize Theron.
Mavis Gary (Theron), a writer of teen literature, returns to her small hometown to relive her glory days and attempt to reclaim her happily married high school sweetheart (Patrick Wilson). The problem – as one of Mavis' former classmates (Patton Oswalt) points out – is that Buddy is not only married, but even has kids now.
The film will be Theron's first film out in theaters since 2009's The Road. She'll star next year in Prometheus and as the Evil Queen in Snow White and the Huntsman.
Young Adult opens in limited release on December 9th, 2011, then goes wide on December 16th.
