It’s official – Rapture-Palooza is a completely weird horror-comedy and we like it! In other words – we finally have a red band trailer for the movie which comes from director Paul Middleditch and stars Anna Kendrick & John Francis Daley as young couple who battle their way through a religious apocalypse on a mission to defeat the Antichrist. Trust me – you don’t want to miss this video!
Written by Chris Matheson, Rapture-Palooza is the apocalyptic comedy described as Zombieland meets The Big Lebowski, and the whole thing is set one year after the Rapture when half of the world’s population is sent up to the Heavenly ship.

In between blood rainstorms and talking locusts and other fun post-religious apocalyptic events main characters Ben and Lindsey are trying to run a sandwich shop. Things get even more interesting when the Anti-Christ chooses Lindsay to be his new bride.
Beside Kendrick and Francis Daley, Rapture-Palooza also stars Craig Robinson, Rob Corddry, Ken Jeong, Ana Gasteyer, Rob Huebel, Paul Scheer, and Jesse Camacho.
The movie is still without an official release date, but as usual – we’ll keep an eye on it so stay tuned!
