My Sister's Keeper is a drama by Nick Cassavetes' about a girl (Elle Fanning) who sues her parents after she finds out that she was only conceived to help prolong the life of her sister (Dakota Fanning), who is battling cancer. Her mother, who is played by Cameron Diaz, is a lawyer and represents herself.
