20th Century Fox has released the first official trailer and teaser poster for Chronicle, the faux-documentary style film that tells the story of three friends who gain superpowers from a mysterious substance. They end up turning against one another after personal problems.
Three high school students and friends make an incredible discovery, leading to them developing uncanny superpowers beyond their understanding. As they learn to control their abilities, and initially use them to their advantage, their lives start to spin out of control, and their darker sides soon begin to take over.
The cast includes Michael B. Jordan, Dane DeHaan, Michael Kelly, Ashley Hinshaw, Alex Russell, Anna Wood, Joe Vaz, Matthew Dylan Roberts.
The Max Landis-scripted and Josh Trank directed sci-fi thriller/horror opens February 3rd, 2012.
