Paul Feig‘s upcoming project (now officially) titled The Heat definitely looks great at this moment. And no, it's not just because this comedy already has Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy on board, but because Demian Bichir is now set to star in the whole thing as well! Wait, Bichir in a comedy? Yeah, that's one hell of the update, I know!
Not much is known about Bichir's character, except that he jumps in to play an FBI agent.
On the other hand, when you mix that with previously revealed details about Bullock's character – who's working with the FBI, and forms an uneasy partnership with McCarthy's Boston police officer – you get the feeling that Feig definitely knows what he's doing. As usual.
Anyway, I'm sure that Bichir's fans already know everything about his career, but I will still remind you that he will next be seen in Robert Rodriguez' Machete Kills where he stars next to Danny Trejo, Michelle Rodriguez, Jessica Alba, Sofia Vergara, Amber Heard and more…
