Emma Stone To Join Guillermo del Toro’s CRIMSON PEAK!

Emma Stone So, Emma Stone is like… in every single movie these days? Busy young lady, indeed! All of the sudden we have a news that goes like this: Stone is attached to star in Guillermo del Toro‘s upcoming thriller titled Crimson Peak. Actually, Stone is still in talks to join the whole thing, but what the hell – that's almost the same, right? Unfortunately, at this moment not much is known about Crimson Peak. The only thing we know is that it will be a set-orientated, classic but modern take on the ghost story. Or, as Guillermo del Toro previously revealed:
It will allow me to play with the conventions of the genre I know and love, and at the same time subvert the old rules.
Del Toro and Lucinda Coxon will rewrite the original script penned by del Toro and Matthew Robbins, and Legendary will produce and be a participating financing partner on the movie, Variety reports. Anyway, at the end of this report let us also add that Crimson Peak is set to begin shooting in February 2014, so I guess we'll soon have more updates to share. Stay tuned! Emma Stone Image
