GRAVITY: New TV Spots And Character Posters With George Clooney & Sandra Bullock

GRAVITY

Good news guys! The early reviews for Alfonso Cuaron‘s space thriller Gravity (which opened the 70th Venice Film Festival yesterday) are all like: breath-catching, a wonderful cinematic jolt, brilliantly tense…So, we have nothing to worry about! As you already know, the movie is set to hit theaters this October, it stars George Clooney and Sandra Bullock, and is all about two astronauts who struggle to survive in a damaged space shuttle. Head inside to check them out!

We will once again remind you that Cuaron directed the whole thing from a script he co-wrote with his son Jonas Cuaron, which follows a medical engineer and an astronaut who work together to survive after an accident leaves them adrift in space.

For those who may have missed our previous reports, we definitely recommend you to check out those great trailers, images and more spooky posters for the movie which is, as we said, set to hit theaters on October 4th, 2013.

So, in Gravity, Bullock plays the above mentioned medical engineer named Dr. Ryan Stone, while Clooney stars as a veteran astronaut Matt Kowalsky, in command of his last flight before retiring.

What starts as a seemingly routine spacewalk, turns out to be terribly tragic. Disaster strikes, the shuttle is destroyed, leaving them completely alone-tethered to nothing but each other and spiraling out into the blackness.

The deafening silence tells them they have lost any link to Earth…and any chance for rescue. As fear turns to panic, every gulp of air eats away at what little oxygen is left. But the only way home may be to go further out into the terrifying expanse of space.

Make sure you click on these character posters to take a better look at Clooney and Bullock, and let us know what you think about the videos!
