Look Who’s Talking Remake

Look who's talking

Producer Neal Moritz is moving forward with a remake of the king of all baby movies, Look Who’s Talking. Yes, it’s all about remakes, we know, and now it looks like babies are some kind of atraction (you know what we are talking about, if you remember that commercial thing with 20 Century Fox). So, you probably had a chance to watch this 1989 movie, with Kirstie Alley, John Travolta and Bruce Willis. The original film revolves around Mollie (Kirstie Alley) who is a single mother on the lookout for a reliable and normal boyfriend. Her son Mikey, (voiced by Bruce Willis) seems to have a better idea of which of the men she dates would make a good father. Anyway, what’s interesting now, there are already informations that the remake will be exactly like the original, only with different parents and different celebrity voices for the babies. So, what’s the point then, you might ask? We have no idea, although we must remind you that the original movie, directed by Amy Heckerling did have nice success, since it earned $297 million worldwide. It was followed by two sequels that didn’t fare nearly as well at the box office. Maybe that’s the thing Neal Moritz is hoping to reach, and ok, he could be successful as well, who knows? Anyway, Moritz is currently in search of writers and a director, so we’ll just have to wait and see what’s going to happen to this remake project. And if you are into all this “baby-thing”, then you should definitely stay tuned, because we will be right here to update all Hollywood news as soon as possible. Right now, get ready for some talking babies! Look Who’s Talking 1989 Trailer

So they’re gonna go back 20 years and remake all the movies we’ve loved since the 80s it seems now huh?

And they wonder why people pirate movies and video games and TV shows these days… oy.
