I'm already in love with this movie. Not just because of McGregor…Yes, he's hot…Ok, here's a challenge – give me just one movie he stars that sucks!?
Now, let's get back to the third trailer for David Mackenzie‘s Perfect Sense which is more dramatic than previous two. I guess we can say things are getting pretty serious, guys.
So, we do have a love story that begins during dark times. I mean, look at them McGregor and Green – perfect duo for Perfect Sense.
The story centers on a chef (Ewan McGregor) and a scientist (Eva Green) who fall in love just as a global epidemic is beginning to unravel. The disease systematically causes the loss of all senses.
The movie had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in the Premieres section and it was picked up by IFC with words that the Perfect Sense is a beautiful and sexy love story brought to life by the wonderfully appealing performances of Ewan McGregor and Eva Green. Absolutely!
Green plays Susan, an epidemiologist recently out of a relationship gone sour and McGregor is Michael, the charismatic chef who sweeps Susan off her feet and shows her that not all guys are a-holes. At the same time Susan and Michael are falling for each other, a global pandemic is threatening to change the face of humanity forever.
Directed by British helmer David Mackenzie from the screenplay written by Kim Fupz Aakeson movie also stars Connie Nielsen, Stephen Dillane, Ewen Bremner, Denis Lawson and Alastair Mackenzie.
Perfect Sense is set for release on February 10th, 2012.
