We know that Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz teamed up for the big screen in new comedy Bad Teacher. The two have worked together a lot in recent years. He joined the cast of Shrek for the third film.

Jake Kasdan‘s new comedy will start shooting in Los Angeles in April. It is actually the story that will focus on a teacher, played by Diaz, who makes a play for her rival's (Lucy Punch) boyfriend (Timberlake) after being dumped.

The film also stars Eric Stonestreet as well as comedienne Molly Shannon and Jason Segel.

If you still wonder how Justin Timberlake got in there, here is the answer. Doug Belgrad, co-president of Columbia Pictures, said that they loved what they saw of Justin's performance in The Social Network and that he is a perfect match for this role.
