Katherine Heigl To Star In A MOMENT TO REMEMBER (Yep, Another Romantic Drama!)
Surprise, surprise, Katherine Heigl is set to star in another romantic drama titled A Moment To Remember, which comes from director Ben Lewin (The Sessions). And here's an interesting description of the whole thing – the movie will be based on a Korean film inspired by a Japanese TV show! What the hell…?
Here's an explanation from THR: the project is based on a Japanese TV series called Pure Soul broadcast on Yomiuri TV. In 2004, it was turned into a successful Korean film produced by CJ Entertainment and Sidus FNH Corporation.
What a relief!
Anyway, Katherine Heigl comes on board to play a fasion designer who begins to suffer from a disease that damages her memory. Her husband, on the other hand, is left to try and capture a perfect, lasting moment of their love.
Scott Pictures will produce and finance A Moment To Remember with Sobini Films, and Film 360 is also producing the movie which starts shooting this spring.
With every new update – we'll be back, so stay tuned!
