Mark Waters is set to direct the project titled
Vampire Academy: Blood Sisters, while
Zoey Deutch,

So, at this moment we know that

Mark Waters will direct the whole thing from a script written by (his brother)
Daniel Waters which will center on Rose Hathaway, a seventeen year old girl who has a mental and spiritual bond with her vampire best friend Lissa.
As we mentioned above, the movie will be based on the best-selling young adult book series by
Richelle Mead, and just in case you're interested in more details, here's the official description of Mead's work:
The series centers on a strong, yet flawed, 17-year-old female who confronts her world with grit, determination, and lots of moxie.
