Exclusive “New Moon” footage will be presented by Summit Entertainment at San Diego Comic Con 2009. Last year, more than 6,000 fans of the “Twilight” book lined up outside San Diego's Convention Center. They are already queuing at this year's Comic Con to see their idols Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner if they make an appearance.

In “New Moon,” Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) is devastated by the abrupt departure of her vampire love Edward (Robert Pattinson) but her spirit is rekindled by her growing friendship with the irresistible Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner).
