While Harmony Korine‘s love-it-hate-it film Spring Breakers is playing in theaters nationwide, A24 has revealed a brand new poster for the film, highlighting the compelling imagery on movie set.
The one-sheet captures James Franco as Alien serenades his gun-toting female posse — Rachel Korine, Ashley Benson and Vanessa Hudgens — to the tunes of sincere rendition of Britney Spears' ballad ‘Everytime,' before they go out to steal and sell drugs.
The company is finally getting away from the sex and violence they have already promoted through the first posters.
Spring Breakers was released on March 15th, 2013 and has divided audiences and critics alike.

At a motel room rager, fun reaches its legal limit and the girls are arrested and taken to jail. Hungover and clad only in bikinis, the girls appear before a judge but are bailed out unexpectedly by Alien, an infamous local thug who takes them under his wing and leads them on the wildest Spring Break trip in history. Rough on the outside but with a soft spot inside, Alien wins over the hearts of the young Spring Breakers, and leads them on a Spring Break they never could have imagined.
