Paramount Pictures has released a two-minute trailer for Young Adult, which re-teams Jason Reitman with his Juno screenwriter Diablo Cody. In the just-unveiled trailer, Charlize Theron‘s character as alcoholic author Mavis Gary returns to her quaint Midwest hometown. Hoping to reconnect with her old flame, Theron is met with a serious roadblock – her former high school beau (Patrick Wilson) is now married with children.
“Young Adult” co-stars include J.K. Simmons, Elizabeth Reaser, Patton Oswalt, Emily Meade, Collette Wolfe, Brady Smith with a release date set for December 16, 2011.
