Featurette for Speed Racer shows new footage from the film along with interviews with cast and crew.
“Speed Racer” is based on the classic 1960’s Japanese animated series chronicling the aspirations of a young race car driver as he attempts to obtain glory, with the help of his family and the Mach 5, the advanced car created by his father.
The new film is directed by the Wachowskis, the duo behind “The Matrix” trilogy. “Speed Racer” is scheduled to hit conventional and IMAX theaters on May 9th.
