The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug is set to hit theaters on December 13th, 2013, and beside the above mentioned trio also stars Ian McKellen, Cate Blanchett, Hugo Weaving, Christopher Lee, Sylvester McCoy, Mikael Persbrandt, Lee Pace, Orlando Bloom, Benedict Cumberbatch and more.
As we previously reported, the movie is the second in a trilogy of films adapting the enduringly popular masterpiece by J.R.R. Tolkien, and:
