Knives Out 3: Glenn Close and Andrew Scott Join Star-Studded Cast for ‘Wake Up Dead Man’

The third installment of the Knives Out franchise, "Wake Up Dead Man," promises to be the most star-studded yet. With Glenn Close, Andrew Scott, and more joining the cast, this new mystery will see Daniel Craig returning as the suave detective Benoit Blanc. Get ready for another thrilling whodunnit!

As fans patiently await for the third part of the Knives Out series, it is quite understandable why that is the case. With the announcement of “Wake Up Dead Man: For fans of “A Knives Out Mystery” or for those who are waiting for cinematic masterpieces, it remains interesting to guess what other tricks director Rian Johnson has up his sleeve. This time the potential cast list has been filled with stars to provide another splendid series that is so popular among fans.

On May 28th it was announced that Josh O'Connor from The Challengers and Cailee Spaeny in the Priscilla film also would be included in the line-up in addition to Daniel Craig who comes back to the screen as the famous detective Benoit Blanc. O'Connor who is playing in the tennis drama called The Challengers and Spaeny known from the movie that is biopic of Priscilla Presley join the show as part of the cast is very inspiring.

Mounting the drama, a second message states that Andrew Scott, an Irish actor known for the work in Sherlock and Fleabag, and Glenn Close, the lady from Fatal Attraction and upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy movie, will also star in the show. This engaging and talented cast list reflects a new twist and increases the tension and intensity of the series.

Following the massive success of the star-studded murder-mystery film ‘Knives Out,' its creator, Rian Johnson, took to X/Twitter to declare the title of the sequel, ‘Glass Onion,' and later revealed that the sequel will be titled ‘Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery.' Although it has not been officially declared by Netflix, all the fans are set to witness Craig's charming Southern detective, once again solving a brand new mystery in a new

Further, Hollywood Reporter has confirmed the story of O'Connor and Spaeny involvement, highlighting the hits on their credits. O'Connor's work in The Challengers and playing the young version of King Charles in The Crown has also defined him as a prospective great actor. Currently, Spaeny has recently collaborated with A24's Civil War and Priscilla Presley biopic, and most of her work has received critical acclaim.

Further, there are speculations about the involvement of Lindsay Lohan and Tom Hardy however according to What's On Netflix they are still in discussion for the same. Being eagerly anticipated for more details about this next chapter of the Knives Out saga, the excitement just cannot be contained.

The second part of the movie identified as Glass Onion revealed the truth at the climax when it unveiled that Andi Brand was in fact Helen Brand who posed as her twin sister to attend a party thrown by a tech mogul Miles to unmask the actual killer. It has become rather common for the franchise to have such intricate plot and thus constantly engage their audience.

After the success of the first part of Knives Out Johnson signed a deal with Netflix for two more sequels for $450 million. This deal confirmed the success and profitability of the franchise, which created expectations for the show “Wake Up Dead Man.

The shooting for the new movie is planned for this summer. The show has a strong cast and intriguing plot, so yet another episode of “Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery” is set to be another successful one in the series that is one of the most successful modern whodunnits. Both devoted viewers of the crime genre and those who have recently joined the series should be ready for an exciting journey as Benoit Blanc starts a new investigation.
