Diane Keaton will take to the road in ‘
The Widows' Adventure‘ based on the novel by
Charles Dickinson.
This comedy drama follows two widowed sisters as they embark on a trip from Chicago to Los Angeles ‘confronting the problems of aging and death as they go' (according to the publisher).
“The Widows' Adventure,” a road trip dramedy with Gold Circle president Paul Brooks producing with Rosa Entertainment's Sidney Sherman.
Gold Circle is out to directors and pointing for a summer or fall start. Gold Circle's Scott Niemeyer and Norm Waitt exec produce and the shingle's Brad Kessell, who brought the project in, will co-produce.
Keaton recently starred in Overture's “
Mad Money” and toplined Gold Circle's “
Because I Said So.”
