Les Miserables opens this month, so we better hurry up with our updates! Today we have four new featurettes, one new poster, and a completely new TV spot for Tom Hooper‘s musical epic, and I'm sure you're going to enjoy. This time you'll have a chance to check out the costumes, the hair and make-up, the production design & (to hear) and see the featurette with the original song Suddenly. So, yes, this is definitely worth your full attention!

Hooper directed the movie from a script written by William Nicholson, Alain Boublil, Claude-Michel Schönberg and Herbert Kretzmer. The whole thing is, of course, based on Victor Hugo‘s epic tale of broken dreams and unrequited love, passion, sacrifice and redemption.

As you all know, Les Miserables cast includes Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Anne Hathaway, Amanda Seyfried, Eddie Redmayne, Aaron Tveit, Samantha Barks, Helena Bonham Carter, Sacha Baron Cohen, and is set to open on December 25th, 2012.

Set against the backdrop of 19th-century France, the movie is a timeless testament to the survival of the human spirit. Jackman plays ex-prisoner Jean Valjean, hunted for decades by the ruthless policeman Javert (Crowe) after he breaks parole. When Valjean agrees to care for factory worker Fantine's (Hathaway) young daughter, Cosette, their lives change forever.
