The sun always shines on TV – and that's exactly why we want you to check out the first TV spot and new images from Brad Furman‘s upcoming crime thriller Runner Runner, which is set to hit theaters this October. Play or be played, but keep in mind that the house always wins, and head inside to check out Ben Affleck, Justin Timberlake and Gemma Arterton.

Now, the official part of the story. Furman directs the movie from a script written by Brian Koppelman and David Levien, which revolves around a Princeton student who is cheated out of his tuition money by playing online poker.
In other words, Timberlake plays that student named Richie Furst, who learns that the site is hosted from a remote island location and goes to confront the site's corrupt owner Ivan Block, played by Affleck.
But soon:
Richie is seduced by Block's promise of immense wealth, until he learns the disturbing truth about his benefactor. When the FBI tries to coerce Richie to help bring down Block, Richie faces his biggest gamble ever: attempting to outmaneuver the two forces closing in on him.
Also starring Anthony Mackie, David Costabile, Sam Palladio and Ben Schwartz, Runner Runner is set to open on October 4th, 2013.
